At &then_some, we are committed to delivering your orders in the most efficient and secure way possible. Please read our shipping policy below for more information on how we handle shipping for your orders.

Within India:

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: Shipping costs are at a flat rate or free.
  • COD Shipping: COD Orders are shipped at a flat rate of 100/-.*

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time

  • Delivery time (within India): Delivery takes approximately 7-10 business days depending on your location.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's journey.

Shipping Delays

  • Occasionally, shipping may be delayed due to factors such as weather, high order volume or logistical challenges. We will notify you if any delays are expected.

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address details and would not be able to change the address once the order is shipped.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your package is damaged upon arrival or items are missing, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

*Kindly note that &then_some may not be able to offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services to customers who have previously declined COD orders upon delivery.

International Shipping:

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: Shipping costs are at a flat rate and dependant on your country of delivery.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time

  • Delivery takes approximately 10-20 business days depending on your location. 

Custom Clearance

 

  • Custom duties/taxes/charges may be charged once the package reaches your destination country - these would be payable by you. We do not accept the liability for payment for the same.

  • We do not have control over the custom clearance process and the timeline may vary on a case to case basis. Please connect with your local/country's customs departments for the same in case of any delays experienced.

  • We do not accept returns or exchange on international orders.
