Exchange & Order Cancellation Policy
Exchange Policy (Valid only for Orders within India)
We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
Please note we do not offer exchanges/returns for international orders.
Eligibility for Exchange:

The item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with the tag and fastener attached.

Original packaging is not mandatory, but the item must be well-protected for return.

The exchange is valid for size or style exchange (subject to availability) or for quality issues caused in transit.
- Exchanges are only applicable for items purchased at full price. Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange or return.
- No refunds or returns are provided - only exchanges as per policy.
How to Start an Exchange:

Please WhatsApp us at +919599050449 (preferred) (we do not take calls) / email us at info@andthensome.in within 7 days of receiving your order. Within the message, please mention your order number. A confirmation regarding the nominal handling fee charge must be provided within this timeframe. If we do not receive a response within 7 days, the exchange policy will no longer be applicable.

For size or style exchanges, a handling fee of ₹199 would be payable to cover return courier costs. We would share an invoice for the same on your registered email address.

Once your exchange request is approved, we will arrange the pickup and email you the shipping label if required. If a shipping label is not emailed to you, kindly hand over the courier to the agent as is (in protective packaging).

Sometimes, for some addresses, reverse pickup facility may not be available. In that case we may ask you to ship the product back to us at your own cost and risk.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Once we receive and inspect your return item, we will dispatch your new item or you'll be issued store credit equivalent to the original amount, per your preference.
Please note:

A size or style exchange will be limited to once per order ID.

Items ordered after receiving store credit for an exchange or those purchased on sale or discounts are ineligible for further exchange.

The credit note will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

For size exchanges, should the desired size be unavailable, you can select a new item of the same value. Should you wish for a different style for your exchange and the value is higher, you can choose another item by paying the difference.

No cash refunds — only store credit will be provided.
- If the exchange is due to a defective, damaged (during transit) or incorrect product, we will bear the return shipping cost (video proof required).
Return & Shipping Policy:

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, please share a clear picture of the product with us within 24 hours of receiving it for review.

In the event of a return due to quality issues, an unboxing video is mandatory. The video must clearly show the package in its unopened state to ensure that any damage was not caused post-delivery.

Once the return/exchange request is submitted, please ensure the products are shipped back as scheduled by us to avoid delays in processing. Any returned items that are not received by us will be treated as not returned.

Kindly mention your name, phone number, or order ID for us to identify it.

Returned items received will be examined by the quality check team. Failing to meet the qualifying conditions mentioned will not be accepted and will be returned back to you. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
Non-Exchangeable Items:

Items with tags or fasteners removed.

Custom or personalized products.

We cannot accept returns on sale items, discounted items, gift cards or items purchased using store credit in lieu of an exchange.
Damages & Incorrect Orders:
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours at info@andthensome.in so we can make it right.
Variations in dyeing are not considered defects. They are a result of &then_some’s signature dyeing process, which gives each piece its unique character.
Order Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it without providing a reason.
How to Request a Cancellation:
To cancel your order, you must inform us through one of the following methods:

Once your cancellation request is processed, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
Refund Timeline:

Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 days from the cancellation confirmation. You will not be charged any fees for the reimbursement.
Exceptions:

Orders cannot be canceled after the 12-hour window.

If your order has already been shipped, it is not eligible for cancellation but may qualify for an exchange under our Exchange Policy (above).
